Intensives include verbal facilitation, energetic bodywork, Body Processes, Symphony of Possibilities sessions, Access Consciousness Bars, and Exercises to take home to continue the expansion into being YOU. The target of these day long sessions is invite you to the space of YOU, and bring that energy together with you the being, and your cute little body.
